<title>Um jornal vibrante, uma arma do povo: cada urna é uma tribuna, cada carta um dever de cidadão</title>

<description>Um jornal vibrante, uma arma do povo: cada urna é uma tribuna, cada carta um dever de cidadão
Ribeiro, Amanda Britto Siqueira
Samuel Wainer was an essential character in the history of the Brazilian press, so much so that his public life is confused with the events of political history of the country. The journalist founded the in 1951 with the support of Getúlio Vargas. The innovations implemented as the modernization of diagramation techniques, colloquial language, the widespread use of photography has enabled us to achieve a public success by arousing the fury of its competitors, especially the Diário Associados, of Assis Chateaubriand, and the Tribuna da Imprensa, by Carlos Lacerda. Another evidence is the political proximity with President Vargas that is identified in the pages of the journal, with the interference of the President in the content to be published and the highlights for matters of interest to the government with populist and labor appeal. At the same time, the Última Hora opened space for popular participation with the column Fala o Povo na Última Hora that received the tickets of the readers complaining about everyday problems and thus allowed the broadening of the voice of the population.

<description>Construindo gêneros discursivos na rede : uma proposta de reformulação da linguagem verbal escrita das páginas web do Arquivo-Museu de Literatura Brasileira
Paranhos, Ananda Borges
The present work is the result of a research on the importance of verbal language written in the process of building web pages for accurate communication in the network. Through a theoretical and empirical approach, he criticizes the overvaluation of digital technology in detriment of a verbal language in accordance with the standards of the area of Linguistics. Its rationale is based on the limitation of the web standards regarding the elaboration of texts in the network. Based on this analysis, we turn to the concept of verbal language addressed by the Bakhtin Circle on discourse genres. As a product, we present a navigation prototype of written content applied to the hypertextual web structure for the pages of the Arquivo-Museu de Literatura Brasileira, based on discursive genres theory. This prototype aims to establish a concise, precise and efficient verbal communication between these pages and their users, materialized within an identifiable chain of discursive genres.

Vilela, Marcos
The essay deals with the critical reception of Oswaldo Goeldi’s ouvre between the years 1921 and 1938. For this, it remounts to two contexts in which it is possible, directly and indirectly, to catch its course. The intention is to create an interpretation that justifies the asymmetry between an artist today regarded as one of the main ones of his time and the art criticism made at the same period, especially the modernist.

<title>A construção de espaços de memórias migrantes e refugiadas na cidade do Rio de Janeiro no século XXI</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11997/11715</link>
<description>A construção de espaços de memórias migrantes e refugiadas na cidade do Rio de Janeiro no século XXI
Almeida, Marta Bezerra de
In the present research were analyzed memory spaces in which events are held with&#13;
migrants and refugees in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The beginning of the twenty-first century&#13;
was marked by a great migratory flow, considered the greatest after World War II, in which&#13;
millions of people sought other countries to start over again. In Rio de Janeiro we find the&#13;
most diverse nationalities present in spaces where gastronomy, music, dance, narratives and&#13;
art represent these diasporas. The spaces of memories act not only as a transmitter of the&#13;
culture of the refugees and of their narratives, but also as a space of empowerment of the&#13;
same. These spaces are not fixed, they are inserted in other spaces that serve to the most&#13;
diverse activities, like Christ Church and Habonin Dror, for example. The formation of these&#13;
spaces is complex, because they establish social relations and power, cultural transmission,&#13;
the contact between different groups that together form an identity space in their diasporas.&#13;
dentities find means of affirmation in these spaces, not only as individual and collective&#13;
identities, but also as transitory identities of the spaces in which refugees are inserted. The&#13;
memory precedes the identity and the person in situation of refuge brings in his luggage the&#13;
memories of the past that contributed to the formation of his identity, which is not something&#13;
fixed, but is in constant transformation.
