Abstract:
The present work aims to analyze under the archival perspective the methodologies used to create arrangment for personal collections taking Lucia Sanson and Família Barbosa de Oliveira collections as case studies. Also, this work intent to contribute to the knowledge about personal papers and collections organization in the area. The collections present an innovate perspective on archival treatment that allows a proposition of arrangement to be made on personal collections based on recognition and reconstruction of documental production context involving their creators. Therefore, after the conclusion of the documents recognition and identication it was possible to establish the archival bond among the itens and their rerspective documental group formalizing an organic relationship between them, fundamental characteristic to allow the arrangement.
