Abstract:
The execution of research’s Project named A editora José Olympio no Arquivo-Museu de Literatura Brasileira, that has the aim to express the editorial scenary from Brazil in the 20th century, possibilited us make more than the project’s aim. With the realization of the archivist treatment on the archive group’s Livraria José Olympio Editora during the project realization we can deliver a preliminary inventory that will help the researcher that goes to the Arquivo-Museu de Literatura Brasileira (AMLB) to make his researches and will help theirs archivists to make the technical job and the archives management. This paper present the methodology used for this preliminary inventory's confection from the archivist identification, arrangement and organization of documents until the preliminary inventory elaboration with aim to diffuse a part of the rich AMLB’s collections that express a national literature memory slice.
